Basic definitions
The site is a resource on the Internet at the address https://www.malwy.com.ua, the content of which belongs to the Owner and is controlled by the Owner;
The product is a product of the corresponding brand. Information about each product is posted on the website by the Owner. Information directly related to the Product, its properties, differences and characteristics, is provided by the official representative or owner of the brand before posting. The brand owner or his representative is responsible for the authenticity of the specified information;
Content - a set of information and data in any form, text (font), graphic and other design, contained on the Site;
The client is any legal person who has started interacting with the Site;
Personal data - personal data of a natural person in the sense of the Law "On the Protection of Personal Data" dated February 23, 2012 No. 4452-VI, as amended;
Registration on the Site is the process of creating an account in the Site's database, which involves entering personal data into the Site's database. The client enters the data personally and guarantees their authenticity. Saving the Client's data at the end of the Registration by clicking the appropriate button/link on the Site indicates that the Client gives the Owner consent to the processing of his personal data in the sense of the Law "On the Protection of Personal Data" dated February 23, 2012 No. 4452-VI, as amended ; desire to purchase the Product;
Contract – a contract of purchase and sale, which is a contract of accession within the meaning of Art. 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, which must be accepted by the Client in the event that he wishes to use the possibilities of the Site to purchase the Goods.
Procedure for using the Site
To use the advanced features of the Site, such as placing orders, purchasing goods, writing comments, etc., the Client must register on the Site by entering information through an electronic form and formally confirm and save such information by clicking the appropriate button/link;
The Client has the opportunity to delete the account at his own request by submitting a request to the Owner. The corresponding application is submitted by e-mail in any form and sent to the address malwy.ua@gmail.com;
The Client has the right to view and download the materials of the Site only for personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and other proprietary information contained in the original materials and any copies thereof are preserved. It is forbidden to modify the materials of the site when copying, as well as to distribute or display them in any form or to use them in any other way for public or commercial purposes. Any use of these materials on other sites or computer networks is prohibited;
When posting written comments on the Site, the Client is independently responsible, provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, for the content of his comments, namely (in particular, but not exclusively) that such messages are not illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, offensive to morals, violate related rights that promote hatred and/or discrimination against people on any grounds, that contain insults against specific persons or organizations, as well as in any other way violate the current legislation of Ukraine. The Client agrees that any message (comment) may be removed or used by the Owner at his discretion without compensation to the author. The Owner is not responsible for any information posted by Customers on the Site;
The owner has the right to make changes to any information presented on the Site, including the list of Goods, the description of the Goods, the list of services and the terms of their provision, without warning.
Processing of personal data
The Owner declares that the processing of the Client's personal data is carried out for the purpose of:
fulfillment by the Owner of his obligations to the Client, which may arise at the request of the Client in the process of using the Site;
collection of statistical information about the operation of the Site in order to improve the operation of the Site, provide better service, develop new services;
informing Clients in accordance with changes in the provision of services, introduction of new services and other innovations;
The Owner declares that access to the Client's personal data by third parties and disclosure of personal data is possible only with the Client's consent or in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine. In any case, the Owner takes all possible measures to prevent disclosure of the Client's personal data.
Term of validity and other conditions
Content and all materials, including any texts, images, any information and/or comments posted by Customers on the Site, become the exclusive property of the Owner from the moment they are posted on the Site;
These Terms come into effect from the moment the Client starts using the Site materials in any way, and are valid indefinitely;
